The Total Look (Makeup and Outfit Of The Day)

On Sunday, my hubby took me to the mall and out to eat at my favorite restaurant in the universe, Carraba's (yummo).  I decided to wear a boyfriend shirt and cargo pants that I recently picked up from Kmart.  Surprisingly, I really like some of Kmart's apparel.  I never thought that I would see the day when I would shop in Kmart, but it has become one of my favorite places lately.  The prices are not as dirt cheap as some would think, but the clothes are very reasonable priced.  This boyfriend shirt is huge, but in my opinion, when you reach a certain age you should keep your bum covered.  I also wore my Steve Madden leopard wedges that I adore, but do not wear often.  The plus size line that I find most fashionable from Kmart is called "Love Your Style, Love Your Size."

For those of you who do not know I have a deep love for makeup.  I am not a guru or makeup artist, and I keep my looks neutral, but I collect a lot of makeup.  So, I decided that sometimes I will share some of my looks with you starting today. Military Inspired

Yesterday it was freezing, but today it felt like FALL again!  The weather inspired me to pull out my green cargo jacket that I think I have only worn once since purchasing it.  I am not really a leggings girl because I have extremely chubby legs, but for some reason I felt like wearing these denim ones that I picked up from Macy's ages ago.  I decided to add the boyfriend shirt for coverage purposes and because it was a lighter color of green, which I think goes perfectly with the jacket.  Of course, this outfit would not be complete without my combat boots that have a heel, and I love them because they are so comfy!  I have not forgotten about the giveaway, and that will be my next post for sure!!!  Thank you all so much for reading my blog and for leaving your feedback.  Stay fabulous!

A Casual Day Out

On this glorious Veterans Day, the hubby and I ate breakfast at our local diner, and took a stroll through the park.  I appreciate all of those men and women, especially my grandfather, who have put their life at risk for our country. Today's outfit was super casual, but I feel there was definitely an element of chicness added with my fabulous circle scarf that I picked up from H&M.  You already know how I feel about leopard print, so this scarf is going to be in heavy rotation this fall/winter.  I have reached 199 followers, and I will be having a giveaway as soon as I hit 200!  Thank you all so much for following my blog and joining me on this fashion journey.
