To The Max

Maxi Dress ~ Dorothy Perkins
Necklace ~ Jewelmint
Fringe Bag ~ H&M
Belt ~ NY & CO

My summer has officially begun, and I am super excited!  My husband said that I was going to burn up in this black maxi dress, and that I looked like a witch...LOL.  Well, it was hot today, but you guys know that I love the color black.  I also love how this maxi has sleeves because dresses like this can be hard to find.  Today, Hubby and I strolled around Best Buy and ended the day with a lunch date at the Olive Garden.  I have so many things planned for this summer and I plan to keep you all updated with outfit post!  Stay fabulous!

Still Loving My Crop Tops

Cardigan ~ GAP, Top ~ Forever 21, High-waist trousers ~ New Look, Necklace ~ Forever 21, Watch ~ Michael Kors, Sandals ~ Target

There is not much to say about this outfit.  This was just another comfy but cute look for me to rock while hubby and I went shopping in NYC.  There is something about crop tops that I simply adore!  I will be rocking them all summer long with my leather Lucky Brand cross-body bag that I simply adore.  See you next time, stay fabulous!

Tribal Girl

Blazer ~ Thrifted, High-waist shorts ~ Ross, Leather Clutch ~ Lucky Brand, Necklace ~ Forever 21, Earrings ~ Jewelmint, Gladiator sandals ~ JC Penny's

Okay, let me start off by saying that I am not a girl who wears “shorts,” and you can clearly see why.  Lately, I have changed my attitude about outfit inspirations that I have but are too afraid to wear because of the judgment that may follow.  I always tell my husband, “I want to wear shorts when I lose some weight."  Well, my husband was not feeling that; he really wants me to live in the moment, and I do too.  So, I decided to do wear my shorts and block out all negative thoughts that I have about my thighs...LOL.  I wore this outfit to dinner while I was in NYC with my husband for a friend’s wedding.  I wanted to be casual, but super cute!  We were not going anywhere special, so I didn't want to over do it.

Also, it was our 6th year wedding anniversary, and it feels so special to have man in my life that will love me at every stage and phase that I may go through.  We will celebrate at the end of the month with a weekend-get-away, that will include an R Kelly concert that I am super excited about.  I will talk to you ladies later, stay fabulous!
