Christmas Florals

(top-Target, belt-Catos, jeggings-Lane Bryant, boots-Rack Room)

Every year I say that I am going to do my Christmas shopping early, and every year I wait until Christmas eve!  This was my Christmas eve shopping attire for the day.  I woke up and said, "let me put something else on besides the same old tired sweats that I have been wearing since my Christmas break started."  I don't have to go back to work until after the New Year, so most of the time I do not put on a decent outfit if I am not leaving the house.  I have been really lazy lately, and by looking at these pictures I really need to keep my New Year's resolution that I make every year to lose some weight.  Even though I am confident, I am not feeling how chubby I have been looking in my pictures these days.  There is nothing wrong with being curvy and beautiful, but I never stop thinking about my health.

I hope you all had a very happy holiday as we prepare for the new year.  I have some great things planned for my blog in the new year because I have been neglecting it.  I want a new layout and I have a "How-To" series that I want to start.  So until next time, stay fabulous all of my fashionistas!

Party Like A Rockstar

I miss you all!!!!  I have been wanting to post forever, but life sort of took its toll on me. On the days when I actually wanted to post on my blog the weather was terrible, or I was just too tired.  Don't fret, I am back and I will be catching up with all of your fabulous blogs.  This weekend I went to two birthday bashes for my sorority sisters.  It was a long night, but I had fun.  For my makeup, I wore MAC's Ruby Woo lipstick to compliment my hair, that I am still adjusting to.  For the outfit, I decided to wear this Hacci Animal Print Tunic, with some knee-high black boots that I picked up from Shoe Carnival.  I didn't want to freeze, so I paired the outfit with a black boyfriend blazer.

I don't normally shop at these places, but I was running out of time to find an outfit, so I took a chance.  The tunic was on the thin side, but I may shop at Fashion to Figure again if I needed an outfit to wear to a party.  The boots were a last minute purchase, and I still don't know how I feel about them.  All in all, I think I looked cute and pulled everything off well. So, until my next post, stay fabulous!
